One family’s dream home has turned into a nightmare, reports Jason Allen of CBS11-TV, Ch. 11, Dallas – Fort Worth.
The family paid True Level Foundation Repair to repair the foundation and renovate the kitchen, but the work is still unfinished. The customer says she hasn’t seen the owner in months. “I don’t know what to do. I’m devastated,” said the customer. The family is living in a hotel room.
Jason Allen reports: “True Level Foundation has an ‘F’ rating by the Better Business Bureau in Dallas for not responding to complaints.”
