A woman in Haltom City complains that she paid $30,000 to True Level Foundation Repair, Plano, TX, but the job is unfinished, reports Casey Norton of WFAA-TV, Ch. 8, Dallas – Fort Worth.

“Six months later, fixtures dangle from the ceiling. The laminate flooring in the hall pops loose. Toilets are missing,” Casey Norton says.

The news story adds: “The Better Business Bureau said Link has operated a home repair company under several names. Records indicate that when one business earns an F rating, Link changes its name.”
