In the News -- BBB Advises How to Choose a Hail Repair Contractor

Anyone whose home, car, or business was damaged in the strong hailstorm that hit parts of Dallas on June 13, 2012, should take care to check out hail repair services as carefully as any other time, advises Jeannette Kopko, spokesperson for the BBB serving Dallas and Northeast Texas.

“Check out the business, ask for references, and check with Better Business Bureau,” Kopko tells Tracy Kornet of CBS11-TV, Ch. 11, in Dallas - Fort Worth. “Never make the final payment or sign the completion agreement until everything is done to your satisfaction.”
