NBC5-TV, Dallas-Fort Worth, reports that Merchant Technical Solutions is targeting small businesses. Jeannette Kopko, BBB Dallas spokesperson, reports that complaints allege that telemarketers call employees and get them to say "yes" to ordering computer technical support. The employees aren't authorized to buy the service, and the business may not notice until months later that they are being billed.
